By ensuring we have these Trust minutes in place we can confirm that should it be required, we can guarantee one of our Solicitors will be available without charge if needed to handle your case in the future and conduct all negotiations with the local authority to a satisfactory conclusion.
Where we are talking about property values averaging £250k+ this provides you with an essential legal service in the future should it be required and equally importantly without further charge at that time irrespective of how many hours the Solicitor works representing you.
The standard fee for Trust minutes to be produced £140 per year) does not have to be paid though as we offer a fantastic plan whereby you pay just £9.99 inc vat per month and this includes:

Probate on your estate conducted at 1/3 our usual fee of 1.75% + v.a.t. of the estate total meaning your executors will pay just 1.16% + v.a.t if they choose to use us. Remember 94% of all executors nominated will not conduct the work themselves but will pass it to a solicitor to deal with whose charges could well be 4 or 5 times more than your guaranteed amount here Typically, on an estate of £350k by using this insurance your beneficiaries will save £2000+ in solicitor’s probate fees. At £9.99 per month you would have to have the policy in place for 200 months (16 years) before it did not prove to be a cheaper option and save your beneficiaries money. It really is a no brainer!
If you have a stand-alone Property Trust registered on the Land Registry this insurance will also provide your compulsory Annual Trust Minutes production for you Free of charge every year keeping your Trusts up to date with the latest changes in your circumstances and adding the latest relevant legislation to your Trust documents when it happens without charge to yourself meaning that your Trust will never be able to be considered ‘’old’’ or ‘’not up to date’’ by a local Authority or Court while at the same time saving you having to pay our usual standard fee of £140 per year for the production of your Annual Trust Minutes document saving you £20 a year on this one service alone.
