Governs the succession of your Spanish estate so you are not caught by forced Spanish heirship rules, see here: https://thywill.es/intestacy-in-spain
A notarised Spanish Power of Attorney (Poder) for Finance, electing that someone you Trust has the power to deal with your Spanish estate if you lose mental capacity or are unable to travel to Spain for any reason
If your beneficiaries to do not speak Spanish, it is important that you elect an English and Spanish speaking Legal representative in your Spanish Will to liaise with the beneficiaries in English and the Spanish authorities in Spanish within the 6 months required for Spanish probate to be completed (if it goes beyond this, huge fines are imposed)
