Goodbye to Benny our rescue Frenchie

Many of you will have become accustomed to seeing Benny our beautiful rescue French Bulldog, company mascot (and head of security!) in our adverts over the last few years.

Well, very sadly, yesterday, we had to bid him farewell as his quality of life was no longer of a standard that any dog lover would wish for their beloved friend.

Benny joined us for a 'week of fostering'' many years ago, when we had our first office back in Worthing in the South of England.

He got on so well with our other rescue Frenchie (Frankie) that he stayed with us and has been part of the Thy Will Be Done Family ever since.

The price of love is grief of course and it is never an easy thing saying goodbye to a treasured and much loved friend, but as responsible humans we must make the best decisions for our precious charges.

It is, in my opinion, such a shame, that the House of Commons, have not voted to enable human beings in the same position to make similar decisions for themselves as indeed, they allow in Spain.

So for now, we will take time to remember all the great times we had with our special boy and, when the time is right, we will look to provide a forever home to another deserving and beautiful 4 legged future friend.
