Gabriel's recent arguments and evidence have convinced The National Court to overturn a €391,915 fine imposed on a self-employed man because the Tax Office ignored his appeals.

The court has, in addition, prevented the tax authorities from reversing their decision.

Gabriel argued that te defendant had submitted his written request within the allocated deadline, however the tax authority declared its decision the day after without waiting to assess the appeal submitted..
